So after we never thought it was going to happen....it did :)
After months of being teased by this house that we've completely fallen in love with, its ours!
Now I'm beginning to realize how crazy and stressful it is buying a house!
We're waiting on the contract to come back from the bank, we've got our loan all situated, and now the home inspection is next- the part I'm super nervous about!
Hoping and praying that everything will be perfect!
So far, our closing date is set for September 27th. It seems so far away but I'm sure it'll be here before we know it! Can't wait to be in it! :)
So how's the new abode? It feels good to move in and get used to the change in scenery. It can take some time, but once you make that house yours, it is very satisfying.
